15 Days Refund/Exchange

  • We will gladly accept any undamaged and unscratched glasses within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

  • Note: Up wrapped watches or Used watches will not be Accepted except for some valid reasons.

  • Customer needs to return the parcel through any courier on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving the return products.

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):

1. Repack Parcel

 Make sure that the item should be packed safely. Damaged item will not be accepted.

Write Information: Your name on the order by which you place your order, your phone number and further details of order like order number.

2. Ship to

Customer needs to return the parcel via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense.
