Warranty Coverage

  • All watches purchased from Trendrize come with a 12-month (1 Year) Warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers:

    • Movement defects

    • Manufacturing faults

    • Battery replacement (within the warranty period)

What is Not Covered

The Trendrize Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (straps, bracelets, glass scratches)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or water exposure beyond stated resistance

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties

  • Cosmetic damage (color fading, minor scratches, etc.)

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Contact Form with your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

  • Trendrize reserves the right to repair, replace, or exchange the product depending on the case.

  • Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us for warranty inspection.
